On 13rd December,2018, Qinhuangdao Tianye Tolian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Railway 22 Bureau Group Corporation in Beijing. According to the agreement, the two parties will carry out the cooperation in the field of building, highspeed railway, municipal, bridge and tunnel.
